Last Updated: April 18, 2026
Welcome to pickitlearn. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pickitlearn website, dashboard, intake workflow, and related services.
1. Service description
pickitlearn provides a digital advisory workflow for school and university matching. The service may include family intake, shortlist recommendations, research summaries, application gap analysis, portfolio suggestions, outreach drafts, and dashboard-based progress tracking.
The service is informational and operational in nature. It does not guarantee admission, scholarship awards, visa outcomes, rankings, employment outcomes, or any specific educational result.
2. Who may use the service
The service is intended for adults, including parents and guardians, making education-related decisions for themselves or for minors under their care. By using the service and submitting information about a student, you represent that you have the authority to provide that information.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when using the service.
4. Payments and purchases
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Paid access unlocks the service tier, workflow, or deliverables described at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase:
- fees are charged as one-time payments;
- fees are non-refundable once the service has started, work has begun, or digital deliverables have been made available;
- taxes, duties, and similar charges are your responsibility unless expressly included.
5. Advisory nature of the product
pickitlearn is a decision-support and planning tool. Recommendations, summaries, drafts, and suggested next actions are intended to help families make more informed decisions, but final decisions remain with the family and the relevant institutions.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, verifying material facts, and deciding whether to rely on any recommendation or draft communication.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the platform or interfere with its operation;
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes;
- attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service outputs as your own platform or managed service without written permission.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content, software, design, branding, workflows, and non-user-generated materials remain the property of pickitlearn or its licensors. Subject to payment and these Terms, you may use family-specific outputs internally for your own educational planning purposes.
8. User content and submitted information
You retain responsibility for the information you submit. You represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
9. Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, authentication, email, analytics, and payment services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or acts of those third parties beyond our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pickitlearn and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or educational opportunity arising from or related to the use of the service.
If liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform or others, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may modify the service, pricing, and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
