Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Pickitbox ("the Service"). By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service

Pickitbox lets you describe a form in natural language, generates the schema, and hosts the respondent experience plus analytics. You are responsible for the content you collect and must comply with applicable laws when gathering information from respondents.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and safeguard your credentials. You are liable for activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not upload malicious code, spam respondents, violate privacy regulations, or attempt to undermine the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (https://pickitbox.com/privacy-policy) explains how we handle customer and respondent data. By using the Service you consent to that policy.

5. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

Pickitbox retains ownership of the platform, generative prompts, and branding. You retain ownership of the forms and responses you create.

7. Warranties & Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickitbox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime via the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you breach these Terms.
